$150.00 – Statutory Declaration re: Surviving Joint Tenant
$300.00 – Transfer of Land
$250.00 – Rush fee (closings with 10 business days or less)
In real estate transactions, legal fees cover the lawyers professional services, while disbursements include costs such as searches, registration fees, couriers, etc. We do not provide quotes on disbursements in advance as these expenses vary depending on the property’s location, the number of title instruments involved and other various factor, many of which are beyond the lawyer’s control and can change without notice.
Fees noted above are for a standard real estate transactions and the above fees do not include disbursements or applicable GST. Please be advised there could be additional charges which will always be discussed with the client.
